Lara Gillespie is an Irish professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam UAE Team ADQ. She won the gold medal in the elimination race, or 'devil', at both the 2025 UEC European Track Championships, and the 2025 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Santiago, Chile, becoming Ireland's first female world track cycling champion.
